At Neha’s Kitchen, we prepare all our products in small handcrafted batches with utmost care and hygiene. Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. In case you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking jar
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item in the order
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
After verification, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund/store credit (depending on the situation)
Important Notes
- Products must be unopened and unused for replacement consideration.
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur as our products are handmade in small batches.
- Refunds/replacements will not be applicable for taste preferences or minor packaging dents caused during transit that do not affect the product quality.
